Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent visual brand identity, creating engaging marketing materials, and supporting design projects from concept to completion. This role requires strong collaboration with marketing, communications, and other teams to deliver high-quality visuals that align with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual brand identity across platforms and materials.
• Create marketing assets such as brochures, social media graphics, digital content, and presentations.
• Design brand elements including logos, typography, color schemes, and style guides.
• Collaborate with marketing and program teams to understand design needs and deliver creative solutions.

• Stay updated on design tools, techniques, and industry trends to improve creative output.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work across print and digital media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual communication principles.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
