Graphic Designer

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs across a variety of mediums, including print, web, and social media. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging and on-brand visuals that resonate with our audience. You should have a strong eye for detail, a solid understanding of design principles, and proficiency in industry-standard design tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and design high-quality graphics for digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Develop brand identities, logos, and visual assets that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and UX/UI teams to deliver creative solutions for web and mobile interfaces.
• Prepare files for production, ensuring that all design specs, resolutions, and formats meet the required standards.
• Review and revise designs based on client and internal feedback to ensure designs meet expectations.
• Stay current with design trends, software, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of your work.
• Collaborate in brainstorming and creative strategy sessions to develop new concepts and ideas.

Who You Are

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience designing for both digital (web, mobile, social media) and print (brochures, banners, business cards).
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative solutions.

Nice-To-Haves

Experience with UI/UX design or web design.

Familiarity with motion graphics and animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Knowledge of responsive design principles and creating mobile-friendly designs.

Understanding of basic HTML/CSS for collaboration with web development teams.
