We believe everyone deserves Healthy Air—and we need your creative expertise to bring this vision to life. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department Design Team, where you’ll play a key role in designing compelling visuals across print, digital, and social platforms.
As part of our collaborative creative team, you’ll work under the Creative Manager, contributing to brand storytelling and ensuring visual consistency across all marketing materials.
Candidate location: Live within 75 miles of Madison to be onsite once per month.
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:

Design High-Quality Visual Assets: Create graphics for digital, print, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and presentations, ensuring they align with brand standards.

Collaborate with the Creative Team: Work closely with the Creative Manager, copywriters, and external agencies to develop engaging, on-brand creative solutions.

Photo & Video Support: Assist in coordinating, executing, and editing photo and video shoots to produce compelling visual content.

Refine & Iterate Designs: Take feedback from the Creative Manager and stakeholders to enhance designs and deliver polished, high-impact visuals.

Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain brand integrity across all assets and contribute to creative strategies for various brands under Research Products Corporation.

Manage Multiple Projects: Balance multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Prepare Print & Digital Files: Format and optimize design files for both print and digital platforms, ensuring technical accuracy.
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:

Proven Design Experience: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field, or 2+ years of hands-on graphic design experience.

Creative Expertise: Strong portfolio showcasing branding, page layout, typography, UI/UX design, and icon/infographic illustration.

Technical Proficiency: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office 365, and familiarity with video editing, motion graphics, and UX/UI design (preferred).

Collaboration & Communication: Ability to take creative direction and work closely with the Creative Manager and team members to bring ideas to life.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for design, color, typography, and layout, ensuring polished and cohesive visuals.

Time Management & Organization: Ability to manage multiple design projects, meet deadlines, and effectively prioritize tasks.

Photo & Video Knowledge: Basic photo and video editing skills to assist in content creation and post-production.
