Job Summary

The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing visually compelling designs that effectively communicate ideas and enhance the Boutiqaat brand across various platforms. From initial concept to final execution, the designer will work across a broad range of mediums including digital, print, and multimedia. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including celebrity account management and product development, to ensure brand consistency and innovation in every design touchpoint.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Concept Development & Execution:

  • Develop and present creative concepts in line with Boutiqaat’s branding and current design trends.
  • Collaborate with celebrity account teams to translate individual celebrity styles into compelling visual assets.
  • Design and develop a range of materials: logos, packaging, product visuals, advertisements, banners, and website layouts.
  • Partner with the private label team to design products, coordinate with factories for sampling, and oversee launch visuals.
  • Prepare detailed artwork layouts including composition, scale, and typography that align with the project’s vision.


2. Collaboration with Internal Teams & Celebrity Management:

  • Work closely with internal departments (marketing, digital, celebrity management) to meet ongoing design needs.
  • Liaise with the digital team to align campaign visuals with timelines and strategy.
  • Collaborate post-launch with the marketing team to assess performance and refine future designs based on audience feedback.


3. Design Creation & Quality Control:

  • Study briefs and interpret creative requirements for each project.
  • Prepare drafts for review and iterate based on feedback.
  • Create high-quality designs using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct visual checks for accuracy, quality, and brand alignment.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance design effectiveness and visual appeal.


4. Research & Trend Implementation:

  • Stay informed on graphic design trends and incorporate relevant elements into Boutiqaat’s visual strategy.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and introduce innovative design ideas for product packaging, digital media, and brand materials.
  • Apply UX/UI insights where applicable to improve user engagement across digital platforms.


5. Cross-Department Coordination & Final Deliverables:

  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., purchasing, sister brands) to develop on-brand, timely design deliverables.
  • Upload and archive finalized designs across platforms, ensuring they are ready for production or publishing.
  • Support branding and promotional needs for Boutiqaat’s sister companies as needed.


Job Requirements Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, 3D Design, Animation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design with a diverse portfolio.


Systems & Languages:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom), CorelDraw, Final Cut Pro.
  • Familiarity with web design tools and basic UX/UI principles.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
  • Knowledge of printing, production, and digital publishing processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work within tight deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
