Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer , you will be responsible for leading the design team in creating visually compelling and innovative designs for a wide range of digital and print media. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute design concepts that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design team in developing creative concepts and designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertising, brochures, packaging, and more.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business goals.
• Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on design work produced by team members to ensure high-quality standards.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and project milestones.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve the design process and deliver innovative solutions.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team.
