Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce visually appealing designs for digital and print media. The candidate will be responsible for creating concepts that align with the brand identity, support marketing goals, and effectively communicate key messages to the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design graphics for social media, website, advertisements, brochures, posters, banners, and presentations.
• Develop layouts, color palettes, and visual styles consistent with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing, content, and video editing teams to ensure cohesive visual communication.
• Create infographics, illustrations, and marketing collaterals for campaigns and events.
• Edit and enhance images for online and offline publications.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative quality.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors for high-quality output of printed materials.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and other relevant tools.
• Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and work collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Creativity with the ability to translate ideas into visually engaging designs.

Preferred:

• Experience in video thumbnail design, short motion graphics, or basic video editing (using Premiere Pro or After Effects).
• Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing requirements.
