Salary Range: AED 6,000 - 8,000

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our publishing team. The role involves designing and producing layouts for books, magazines, reports, and digital publications, ensuring high-quality visual presentation that aligns with editorial and brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in typography, layout design, and print production, with the ability to balance creativity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and layout print and digital publications, including books, magazines, journals, reports, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with editors, writers, and the production team to translate content into visually engaging designs.
• Create covers, illustrations, infographics, and other visual elements to support storytelling and brand identity.
• Prepare print-ready files and liaise with printers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Adapt designs for digital formats, including e-books, PDFs, and online publications.
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, and style across all materials.
• Review proofs, conduct quality checks, and make corrections before final production.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced publishing environment.
• Stay up to date with design trends, publishing tools, and production techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in publishing, media, or print.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); knowledge of digital publishing tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout principles, and color theory.
• Experience preparing print-ready files and knowledge of print production processes.
• Attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
