Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in video editing to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be both creative and tech-savvy, with the ability to produce visually compelling designs and multimedia content that align with our luxury real estate branding. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, content, and sales teams to develop high-impact visuals that drive engagement and support lead generation.

This role demands fluency in traditional design software and hands-on experience with AI-powered tools and collaborative platforms widely adopted in Dubai’s fast-paced design industry.


Major Tasks / Responsibilities


1Visual Design & Branding:

•Design, print and digital marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, proposals, social posts, and pitch decks.

•Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all platforms.


2Video Editing & Multimedia: ;;;;;;::Production:

•Shoot and edit promotional videos, property walkthroughs, reels, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.

•Apply motion graphics, transitions, music, subtitles, and color correction tailored for each platform.


3Social Media Content Creation:

Design print and digital marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, proposals, social posts, and pitch decks.

Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all platforms.


2. Video Editing & Multimedia Production

Shoot and edit promotional videos, property walkthroughs, reels, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.

Apply motion graphics, transitions, music,

•Produce visually impactful content (static and animated) for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

•Prepare branded templates for property listings, highlights, and market updates.



4Website, UI/UX & Digital Assets:

•Design web-ready visuals, banners, and landing page content.

•Collaborate with the web development team to enhance UI/UX through compelling design.


5Project Coordination:


•Manage and prioritise multiple creative projects under tight deadlines.

•Work closely with marketing and content teams to deliver on-brand assets.


Tools & Software Proficiency

In line with Dubai’s creative industry standards, candidates must be proficient in both established design suites and emerging AI-driven solutions, including:

Design & Illustration

•Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

•Figma: Interface design & prototyping

•Canva Pro: Quick content creation & brand kits

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

•Adobe Premiere Pro

•Adobe After Effects

•CapCut for Business

•Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve (optional)

•Runway ML (AI-powered video editing)

AI-Powered Design Tools

•Adobe Firefly – AI-enhanced image and content generation

•DALL·E – Concept art and creative prompts

•Midjourney – High-quality AI visual concept generation

Remove.bg / Cleanup.pictures – AI for background removal and photo editing

Animation & 3D

•LottieFiles – Micro animations for web/mobile UI

•Blender or Cinema 4D – 3D rendering (optional)

•Spline – Real-time 3D web visuals

Project Management & Collaboration

•Notion – Creative planning, documentation, and task tracking

•Trello – Project boards and workflow management

•Slack / Google Workspace – Cross-functional team communication



Requirements and Skills Qualifications


•Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.

•Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in design and video editing roles.

•Strong portfolio with examples of both graphic and video content.

Soft Skills

•Excellent communication and visual storytelling abilities.

•Strong attention to detail and design consistency.

•Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.

•Time management and multitasking skills under tight deadlines.

•Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
