Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and sincere Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, contribute to impactful campaigns, and grow one's skills under mentorship. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for visual storytelling, and a strong desire to learn and innovate.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging visual content, including banners, social media creatives, digital ads, website graphics, and other marketing collateral for various campaigns.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, etc.) and other relevant design tools to produce high-quality visual assets.
  • Proactively research design trends, competitor activities, and user preferences to generate fresh, innovative ideas for campaigns and visual communication.
  • Work closely with the marketing, content, and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Be open to receiving constructive feedback and iterate on designs to achieve the desired outcome.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining a library of design assets.


Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  • 3-5 years of experience with a brand or an agency
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other industry-standard design tools.
  • A genuine passion for design, with the ability to research and propose new and creative ideas.
  • Meticulous approach to design, ensuring accuracy and high quality in all outputs.
  • A sincere, dedicated, and responsible individual who takes ownership of tasks and is committed to delivering excellent work.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative potential.
