Graphic Designer

This is a Remote Full-time Graphic Design Position.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer for a long-term collaboration. You will work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to design high-quality visuals for both digital and print use. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, creativity, and consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for social media, websites, ads, and print materials.
• Ensure all designs align with brand identity and messaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
• Adapt visuals for various formats and platforms.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
• Stay up to date with design trends, techniques, and tools.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus) or similar tools (e.g., Figma, Canva).
• Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for both digital and print formats.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
• Headset with microphone and webcam for meetings.
• A quiet and professional workspace.

The candidate must be open to work the following schedule:

Mon–Fri 9am–5pm (EST – We are based in Canada)
