Graphic Designer

Overview:

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience to support the creation of dynamic, brand-driven design solutions. This role will collaborate with strategists, creatives, and account executives to deliver compelling design that resonates with clients and their audiences. Experience in a creative agency setting is highly valued, along with strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute creative design solutions across branding, digital, and print platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the creative and account teams to translate brand positioning into impactful visuals.
• Develop presentations, pitch decks and marketing materials that effectively communicate creative ideas.
• Engage directly with clients in meetings and presentations, articulating design concepts with clarity and confidence.
• Ensure all deliverables align with client brand standards, project objectives, and timelines.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously bring fresh ideas to the table.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of graphic design experience; creative agency experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, layout, and digital design skills.
• Excellent presentation and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to both take direction and contribute original ideas.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
