Responsibilities:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be involved in designing graphics and materials that inform and inspire a wide variety of audiences—including conference attendees, website visitors, new hires, clients, and more. The ideal candidate must possess strong creative and organizational skills, with the ability to convey information and emotion through graphics. Your responsibilities will include:
Creating Visual Assets: Design graphics, layouts, and materials for print and digital platforms, including brochures, websites, presentations, social media, and event collateral.
Website & Digital Media Support: Assist in maintaining web content, working with HTML, CSS, and WordPress to implement design updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or a related field (Graphic Design emphasis preferred).
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
2-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and exposure to WordPress.
Experience with After Effects, Premiere, and Dreamweaver is a plus.
Artistic ability paired with a keen sense of design to craft engaging, meaningful visuals.
A meticulous eye for consistency, quality, and the finer details.
Strong ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
Understanding how to interpret project goals and craft designs that communicate
purpose and emotion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team.
A robust portfolio showcasing a variety of projects and your design capabilities (link required).
