Brand Design & Consistency:
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve the Ecom logistics visual identity across all platforms.
- Ensure all graphics adhere to brand guidelines and communicate a cohesive look and feel.
Marketing Asset Creation:
- Design social media graphics, infographics, whitepapers, landing page visuals, email banners, and digital ads tailored for B2B audiences.
- Collaborate with content and social media teams to create visual content for logistics-focused campaigns, thought leadership, and case studies.
Sales & Product Support:
- Create pitch decks, brochures, and one-pagers for the sales team.
- Design visual assets for product launches and service explainers (e.g., shipping process diagrams, sourcing workflows).
Web & UX Collaboration:
- Support with UI/UX assets, icons, and illustrations for the website and platform UI as needed.
- Assist in optimizing visual content for clarity, accessibility, and performance.
Innovation & Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with design trends in the B2B, logistics, and SaaS spaces.
- Bring fresh ideas to showcase complex supply chain solutions in visually engaging ways.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in a B2B, tech, or e-commerce, environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design), Figma, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of design for digital platforms, particularly LinkedIn and B2B websites.
- Experience designing for corporate and professional audiences.
- Ability to translate technical/logistics concepts into clean and simple visuals.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Basic motion design or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
