Graphic Designer

India

Life Optoelectronics is a leading importer and distributor of high-precision medical equipment and neonatal accessories. We operate at the intersection of innovation, design, and healthcare technology — building trust through quality and aesthetics. As we continue to expand our product portfolio and strengthen our digital presence, we’re seeking a Graphic Designer who can transform complex medical concepts into visually engaging stories.

Role Overview:

We’re not looking for someone to just “make designs.” We’re looking for a visual thinker, a brand storyteller, and a creative problem-solver who can define how Life Optoelectronics looks, feels, and communicates across digital and print media. Your work will shape how healthcare professionals, clients, and partners perceive our brand.

This role challenges you to blend artistic creativity with technical precision — the hallmark of our industry. You’ll be expected to create designs that are not only beautiful but also purposeful, accurate, and compliant with medical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Visual Identity: Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for Life Optoelectronics across all digital and offline platforms.
  • Creative Design Development: Conceptualize and design marketing collaterals including product brochures, social media creatives, packaging, catalogues, trade show materials, and internal communication assets.
  • Digital Media & UI Support: Collaborate with marketing and web teams to design visuals for the website, email campaigns, and product landing pages.
  • Product Visualization: Create technical illustrations and infographics that clearly communicate product functions, medical concepts, and usage instructions.
  • Social Media Content: Design engaging and visually striking posts, reels, and short-form graphics aligned with campaign goals and brand tone.
  • Photography & Editing: Coordinate with photographers and editors for product shoots; retouch images for clarity and brand consistency.
  • Creative Innovation: Stay ahead of design trends, typography, and color theory to push creative boundaries while maintaining medical accuracy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and R&D teams to ensure visual consistency and alignment with organizational strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in branding, product design, or digital content creation (medical industry experience preferred but not mandatory).
  • Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects a plus).
  • Understanding of layout principles, typography, color theory, and print production standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of ownership — from concept to final output.

What Makes This Role Challenging (and Rewarding):

You’ll be designing in a domain where precision meets empathy — communicating life-saving technologies through visuals. Every brochure, every product label, and every digital campaign must balance scientific clarity with emotional resonance. If you’re someone who thrives on creating meaningful impact through design, this is your canvas.
