Graphic Designer

Role Description

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to craft engaging, visually impactful content tailored for digital platforms. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in translating client objectives and creative concepts into designs that capture attention, drive engagement, and stay ahead of social media trends.

Working closely with the creative, animation, and account teams, you will design static and dynamic assets that bring campaigns to life across a variety of platforms. The ideal candidate is both highly creative and detail-oriented, with a passion for social-first design and a strong portfolio that demonstrates versatility.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media assets including posts, stories, ads, and campaign visuals.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with client goals and brand identity.
• Collaborate with copywriters, animators, and account managers to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while exploring new creative directions.
• Prepare mockups, presentations, and visual decks for client pitches and campaigns.
• Support the creative team with brainstorming, ideation, and content planning.
• Stay updated on design trends, social media formats, and digital best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within an agency or digital environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media and digital-first design work.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of content optimization for different social platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.

Additional Requirements

• Must be based in Abu Dhabi.
• Must have prior social media or agency experience.
