About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visually engaging designs that align with user experience and brand goals. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and clients to create intuitive, user-centered design solutions using tools like Figma and other UX/UI platforms.

This role requires a blend of strong visual design skills, UX thinking, and excellent communication — both internally with cross-functional teams and externally with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visuals, layouts, and assets for web and mobile interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to support product design and development.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate conceptual ideas into engaging, user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback from clients and stakeholders.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand project objectives, user needs, and visual direction.
• Ensure consistency in design standards, color systems, typography, and brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with design trends, UX best practices, and emerging tools or technologies.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic or product design.
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of UX concepts and design thinking methodology.
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Excellent visual design skills — layout, color theory, typography, and hierarchy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in client interaction.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and translate it into design improvements.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-platform UI considerations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing).
• Knowledge of motion design or animation tools (After Effects, Lottie) is a plus.
• Exposure to usability testing and UX research methods.
• Experience designing for SaaS or startup environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
