We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong visual storytelling skills, understands branding, and can translate ideas into compelling designs across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design marketing materials such as social media graphics, presentations, infographics, and web assets.
- Create visuals consistent with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Design and edit short-form video content, especially Instagram Reels and TikTok-style videos, to enhance brand presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, copywriters, and developers to bring campaigns to life.
- Revise designs based on feedback and deliver within deadlines.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies, including the use of AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1 -2 years experience, preferably in a similar marketing agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects), Figma/Canva.
- Experience in creating engaging reels/short-form video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, Adobe Firefly, or similar) to support ideation and creative production.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and motion design principles.
- Portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, versatility, and strong reel/video samples.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
