Graphic Designer

Job Description:

Prachar Craft is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 1 to 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, an understanding of branding, and proficiency in industry-standard design software to create compelling visual content for digital and print media.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design creative visuals, including digital ads, social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and branding materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure projects meet client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.
• Prepare files for print production and digital distribution.
• Revise designs based on feedback while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or creative environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design-related software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and strong visual storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and brand identity.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media design trends is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related fields preferred.
• Experience in motion graphics or video editing is an advantage but not mandatory.
