Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality ad images for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create visually compelling and brand-aligned designs that drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute ad concepts.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to produce fresh and innovative content.
- Adapt designs to meet platform-specific requirements (e.g., sizes, formats, and specifications).
- Optimize existing designs to improve ad performance based on feedback and data insights.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in designing ad images or marketing creatives.
- Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and deliver standout designs.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, error-free work.
- Familiarity with social media advertising formats and trends.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience researching and analyzing successful ad campaigns for design inspiration.
