Role: Graphic Designer
Job Type: Full Time

Experience: 3+ years
Work mode: On-site

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Study the project and target audience thoroughly.
• Craft brand guidelines and adhere to them religiously.
• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Ideate and conceptualize visuals/graphics/videos based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Develop and execute illustrations, logos, videos, creatives and marketing collaterals using software.
• Work with copywriters, creative directors and social media teams to produce final design.
• Creative thinking and designing across all projects is a must.
• Make consistent design revisions based on internal review and client feedbacks.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline.
• Prior experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, After Affects (Adobe Creative Cloud), Premier Pro and Canva.
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
