Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for  Graphic Designer  based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of visually impactful designs for print, digital, social media and other marketing platforms.
• Support the development of marketing campaigns by producing high-quality visuals that align with luxury brand image.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, copywriting, and sales, to ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Monitor the performance of design materials, gathering insights to refine and enhance visuals for future projects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative design concepts.
• Implement brand guidelines and visual identity across all creative assets to maintain brand consistency and quality.
• Contribute to the overall creative process by offering fresh design ideas and maintaining a high standard of excellence in all visual output.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce digital and print materials, including brochures, websites, advertisements and presentations.
• Execute design projects within established deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of creativity.

Requirements:

1. 2-4 years of experience in branding, corporate design, graphic design, content creation or related field (agency or business setup background preferred)
2. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
3. Proven experience in Videography and Photography
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
5. Excellent understanding of typography, color theory and design principles
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
7. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field
8. Fluency in English, knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
