Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and visually compelling designs that align with the brand's identity, target audience, and marketing goals.
- Design promotional materials such as brochures, catalogues, posters, and banners to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate project progress effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives for various projects, including print materials, digital assets, and social media content.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve skills and contribute fresh ideas.
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
- Handling social media posts and content creation.
- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
- Produce high-quality digital assets for online platforms, including website graphics, social media visuals, and email newsletters.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets, ensuring easy access for future use.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in graphic design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative design projects, including, print materials, and digital assets. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other graphic design software.
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
- Familiarity with digital design best practices, including web and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent eye for details.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts.
- Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate evolving design requirements and changing priorities.
