Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative and visually compelling designs that align with the brand's identity, target audience, and marketing goals.
  • Design promotional materials such as brochures, catalogues, posters, and banners to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate project progress effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives for various projects, including print materials, digital assets, and social media content.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve skills and contribute fresh ideas.
  • Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
  • Handling social media posts and content creation.
  • Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
  • Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
  • Produce high-quality digital assets for online platforms, including website graphics, social media visuals, and email newsletters.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets, ensuring easy access for future use.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative design projects, including, print materials, and digital assets. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other graphic design software.
  • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
  • Familiarity with digital design best practices, including web and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent eye for details.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate evolving design requirements and changing priorities.
