We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Visualizer to join our Creative Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually compelling graphics, conceptualizing innovative campaigns, corporate events and creating engaging visual content for digital and print media. This role requires a strong artistic sense, proficiency in design software, and a passion for storytelling through visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualization & Design
- Develop creative concepts and visual stories for marketing campaigns, branding, advertisements, and social media.
- Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, motion graphics, and layouts for digital and print platforms.
- Translate marketing strategies and briefs into compelling visuals that align with brand guidelines.
2. Brand Identity & Marketing Collaterals
- Design brochures, flyers, posters, banners, infographics, presentations, and reports for both online and offline use.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Work on packaging design, corporate identity, and merchandise branding as required.
3.Digital&SocialMediaContent
- Design social media posts, website graphics, emailers, and digital ads optimized for various platforms.
- Create engaging GIFs, animations, and motion graphics to enhance digital content.
- Work with UI/UX teams to develop intuitive and visually appealing website designs.
4. Video & Motion Graphics (Bonus Skillset)
- Edit and enhance marketing videos, animations, and motion graphics.
- Add text animations, transitions, and effects to video content.
5. 3D Visualization & CGI (Optional but Preferred)
- Develop photo-realistic 3D renders, mock-ups, and CGI elements for product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Use 3D modelling software to create visual prototypes and immersive brand experiences.
6. Collaboration & Project Management
- Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to align visuals with campaign goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Collaborate with printers, photographers, videographers, and developers to execute projects seamlessly.

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD, Lightroom), Figma
- Motion Graphics & Video Editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- CorelDRAW, Sketch (Preferred but not mandatory)
- 3D Software (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, 3ds Max) – Optional but Preferred
- Typography, Color Theory, and Layout Design
- Print & Packaging Design Standards

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a creative or advertising agency, marketing team, or design studio.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing collaterals, social media graphics, and campaign visuals.
