Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing and design team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for visual storytelling, brand design, and digital media. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing visually engaging creatives across digital platforms, collaborating closely with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities

● Understand creative briefs and translate them into visually appealing designs

● Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to ideate campaign concepts and visual themes

● Create compelling graphics for social media, digital ads, banners, and internal branding

● Develop quick mockups or prototypes to visualize concepts effectively

● Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity across all materials

● Ensure timely delivery of all design assets in line with campaign timelines

● Follow internal design workflows and project management processes

● Maintain a high level of attention to visual detail and design quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma

● Understanding of digital marketing platforms and content formats (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

● Ability to balance creativity with business context and brand tone

● Strong collaboration, communication, and time management skills

● Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced environment

● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field
