Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design Creation: Develop visually engaging graphics, layouts, and designs for print (brochures, flyers, banners, posters) and digital platforms (website, social media, email campaigns, online advertisements).
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the hotels brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in color schemes, fonts, and logo usage across all marketing materials.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and events teams to create visual assets for promotions, events, special offers, and seasonal campaigns.
• Photography & Editing: Assist in selecting or taking photographs and editing them for use in marketing collateral.
• Social Media Content: Create captivating designs for the hotels social media profiles, including banners, advertisements, posts, and stories.
• Website & Digital Assets: Design assets for the hotel’s website, including banner ads, promotional graphics, and email templates.
• Campaign Design: Support the marketing team in the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns and advertising strategies.
• Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors (printers, digital agencies) to ensure high-quality production and on-time delivery of materials.
• Feedback Incorporation: Take feedback from internal stakeholders and clients to revise and improve designs as needed.
• Monitor Design Trends: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the brand's visual presence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position.
• Some flexibility with working hours, including potential for weekend and evening work depending on hotel events and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,274.99 - ₹36,018.65 per month
