Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor with hands-on experience in shooting and editing content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram Reels, and Podcasts. You will play a key role in shaping our digital content presence by producing high-quality, engaging videos that align with ourbrand voice and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot and edit high-quality videos for YouTube, Instagram, and podcast platforms.
• Create engaging short-form content (Reels/Shorts) optimized for social media.
• Edit long-form podcast episodes with clean audio, visual effects, and branding.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing team to plan shoots and storyboards.
• Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for audience engagement.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, music, and sound effects as needed.
• Manage raw footage, organize project files, and maintain post-production workflow.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of professional experience in video editing and shooting.
• Proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Audition, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of social media video trends and formats.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience with podcast editing, audio balancing, and syncing video/audio.
• Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
• Basic knowledge of color grading and sound design.

Nice to Have:

• Experience using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and external mics.
• Background in motion graphics or animation.
• Familiarity with YouTube SEO, metadata, and thumbnail creation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
