Graphic Designer

Alfalfa Nail Supply is seeking a creative and detail-oriented In-House Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both print and digital design, with the ability to design marketing materials, product packaging, and product visuals that align with our brand identity. Experience with iMovie or other video editing software is a plus — the ability to create or edit short marketing videos is highly valued. Experience in the beauty or nail industry is also a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design – Print & Digital: Design for all marketing needs, including:

• Product packaging and product labels for new and existing items.
• Marketing materials to support product promotions and campaigns — posters, flyers, catalogs, brochures, menus, and other marketing assets — in collaboration with the Marketing Department.
• Online promotional graphics for our website, email campaigns, and social media, as needed.
• Support designs for other corporate activities.

2. Printing & In-House Production Support

• Use in-house printing equipment to produce marketing materials as needed.
• Manage printing supplies and inventory; collaborate with purchasing to reorder when necessary.
• Ensure print quality and color accuracy for in-house and vendor-produced materials.
• Advise on print materials, layout sizes, and cost-saving options for marketing production.

4. Creative Development

• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Provide creative input for new campaigns, product packaging, and in-store displays.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or retail environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of print design, layout, and file preparation for production.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple design projects under deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, color sense, and typography.
• Experience with iMovie, Premiere Pro, or other video editing software is a plus.
• Ability to create or edit short promotional or tutorial videos is highly preferred.
• Experience in the beauty or nail industry preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
