Job Summary:
Brand Aid helps companies show off who they are with branded merchandise that people actually want to use. We work with growing brands, agencies, tech companies, events, and creators to develop custom apparel, product collections, kits, and merch drops that make a statement. We’re a fast-moving team of problem-solvers who care deeply about great work, great service, and great relationships.
What You’ll Do:

Create production-ready artwork for promotional products, apparel, print, and packaging

Translate brand guidelines into merchandise concepts and visual mockups

Develop digital creative for social media, email, landing pages, and presentations

Support the sales team with client pitch decks, product boards, and campaign concepts

Work cross-functionally with sales, purchasing, vendors, and account teams

Maintain organized file systems and ensure proper formatting/specs for print production
What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of design experience (in-house, agency, freelance, OR promotional products industry is a plus)

Strong portfolio showcasing brand application and layout capability

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

Ability to interpret brand style and stay on-brand for multiple clients

A collaborative, positive mindset—you like solving problems with people

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with apparel design, merch mockups, or print/production specs

Comfort giving opinions and presenting creative ideas to clients or team members
