Our Nashville client, a health and wellness company, is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their growing team!

The Graphic Designer role is an onsite, full-time opportunity. In this role, you'll help elevate the brand across digital and physical touchpoints from social media content to product packaging. You'll work closely with the creative and marketing teams and have the opportunity to own projects end-to-end. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone early in their design career who's ready to grow fast and contribute to a brand that's still shaping its visual identity.

Graphic Designer Responsibilities

  • Design content for social media across multiple platforms
  • Create product packaging and label designs
  • Develop retail and event graphics, signage, and POP assets
  • Produce or collaborate on 3D renderings
  • Design branded merchandise, apparel, and gear
  • Create assets for web, mobile, and print
  • Support quick-turn creative needs such as brand decks and campaign mocks
  • Uphold brand guidelines while identifying opportunities to enhance visual cohesion

Graphic Designer Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house)
  • A portfolio showcasing range, originality, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, Keynote, and 3D software is a plus
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and proactive with planning and execution
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to align with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for health, wellness, performance, or consumer brands
  • Bonus: experience with product packaging, motion graphics, or physical brand environments

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
