We’re now looking for a Graphic Designer who lives and breathes creativity, someone who can translate powerful conversations into scroll-stopping visuals that elevate our storytelling.

What You’ll Do

Design engaging visual assets for podcasts, reels, and social media campaigns.

Develop cover art, thumbnails, episode templates, and promotional graphics for guests and shows.

Create presentation decks, event banners, and marketing materials that reflect our visual identity.

Collaborate with our content, video, and marketing teams to maintain a consistent, bold brand aesthetic.

Stay on top of design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to every project.

What You Bring

Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or Canva Pro.

Understanding of social media design formats Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Passion for storytelling and the ability to make complex ideas visually simple and impactful.

Bonus: Skills in motion design, video editing, or short-form content creation.

A portfolio that reflects creativity, clean design, and an understanding of brand identity.
