Key Roles & Responsibilities
A. Creative & Design Execution
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions for marketing campaigns, project branding, and corporate communications.
- Create high-quality visuals for print materials—brochures, flyers, advertisements, hoardings, signage, and exhibition displays.
- Maintain uniformity of brand identity across all design outputs.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to create impactful presentation materials.
B. Digital & Social Media Design
- Design and manage creatives for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create visually engaging content such as reels, infographics, motion graphics, event highlights, and campaign banners.
- Research social media and visual design trends, customer preferences, and competitor visuals to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Support digital marketing campaigns through optimized design assets.
C. Video Production & Editing
- Plan, direct, and edit video shoots for corporate communication, project walkthroughs, and testimonials.
- Collaborate with vendors and videographers for on-site shoots and ensure final output aligns with brand guidelines.
- Use editing and animation tools for enhancing storytelling through visuals.
D. Web & UI/UX Coordination
- Coordinate with web developers for timely website updates, page layout modifications, and visual enhancements.
- Contribute to user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design ideas that improve accessibility and aesthetics.
- Regularly review and update digital assets on websites and portals.
E. Print & Marketing Collateral
- Design all print collateral including project brochures, sales kits, letterheads, visiting cards, posters, and promotional materials.
- Conduct periodic site visits to ensure design accuracy on signage, hoardings, and branding installations.
- Oversee print production, proofing, and vendor quality control.
F. Internal Branding & Corporate Support
- Design internal newsletters (“Chronical”), event branding, festival decor, and employee engagement creatives.
- Support HR and admin teams with onboarding templates, job posting designs, and corporate greetings.
- Ensure a strong internal brand presence through visual consistency and design excellence.
G. Vendor Management & Process Coordination
- Manage outsourced creative work by briefing vendors, monitoring timelines, and ensuring deliverable quality.
- Negotiate printing and production costs and follow up on payment closures.
- Maintain and update the creative vendor database.
H. Research & Continuous Innovation
- Stay updated with design innovations, new tools, and industry best practices.
- Analyze performance of visual campaigns and suggest creative improvements.
- Introduce new design formats and presentation styles to enhance impact

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
