**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Design and Development:**

- Create innovative and visually appealing designs for marketing collateral, and digital platforms.

- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects.

2. **Collaboration:**

- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

3. **Software Proficiency:**

- Utilize advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software to produce high-quality graphics.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends and software advancements.

4. **2D and 3D Design:**

- Apply a strong understanding of both 2D and 3D design principles to create compelling visual content.

5. **Quality Assurance:**

- Conduct thorough reviews of designs to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand alignment.

- Make necessary adjustments based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of projects.

6. **Project Management:**

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

**Qualifications:**

- **Education:**

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.

- **Experience:**

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.

- **Technical Skills:**

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software.

- Solid understanding of 2D and 3D design principles.

- **Other Skills:**

- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
