Graphic Designer

Experience: 0 to 5 years of work experience in design and social media.

Experience in the lighting or design industry is a plus, but not mandatory.

Ø Roles and responsibilities (core)

a) Creative creation and graphic design

b) Catalog design and product packaging visuals

c) Social media management across platforms (content planning,

scheduling, posting)

d) Community interaction (basic social listening, comment moderation)

e) Brand consistency across all channels

f) Basic analytics reporting and optimization (e.g., post-performance,

engagement)

Ø Required hard skillsa) Creativity and an eye for aesthetics with a strong portfolio

b) Time management and ability to handle multiple projects

simultaneously

c) Communication: clear written and visual communication

d) Attention to detail and quality control

e) Adaptability and willingness to learn

f) Proactive problem-solver and an initiative taker

g) Collaborative spirit and ability to work with marketing, product

design, and sales teams

Ø Tools & platforms (nice-to-have)

a) Design: Figma (for collaborative design), Photoshop, Illustrator,

InDesign, Canva. Motion: After Effects or basic video editing tools

b) Social: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube,

Twitter/X.

c) Analytics: Google Analytics, platform insights (Instagram Insights,

Facebook Insights).

d) File sharing & collaboration: Google Drive/Workspace, Notion,

Trello/Asana.

Ø Portfolio/credentials required to review the creativity of candidates.

Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field
