About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, organized, and skilled Social Media & Marketing Executive who can handle content creation, graphic design, and video editing across all major platforms.

You’ll be responsible for developing creatives, managing brand presence online, and producing visually engaging digital content that reflects our company’s values and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, and advertisements)

Design high-quality visual materials — including banners, flyers, social media graphics, and digital ads

Shoot, edit, and produce short videos and reels using professional tools

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan monthly campaigns and promotions

Monitor performance analytics and suggest improvements to boost reach and engagement

Stay updated on the latest social media trends, content strategies, and design tools

Ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials and visuals

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Media, or a related field

2–4 years of relevant experience in social media management, content creation, and design

Proficient in industry-standard tools, including:

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects

Canva, Figma, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve

Strong understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement

Excellent communication and time management skills

Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines

Skills:

Photography or videography experience is an advantage

motion graphics or animation experience is a plus.
