Graphic Designer (Retail) – Job Description

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

 Conceptualizing and creating visually appealing graphic elements for print and digital media.

 Designing logos, brochures, banners, posters, social media graphics, and other marketing

materials.

 Collaborating with the marketing team to translate requirements into creative designs.

 Incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments to designs.

 Ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency.

 Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in graphic design and visual

communication.

 Preparing designs for print or digital publication as needed.

Requirements:

 Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.

 Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,

InDesign).

 Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.

 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

 Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

 Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).

 Portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.

 Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro

and Figma).

 Knowledge of web design principles and UX/UI design.

 Familiarity with photography and photo editing.

 Ability to adapt to new technologies and design trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
