Graphic Designer

About the Role

Digitize Matrix is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of experience in creating visual content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in designing social media creatives, branding materials, website graphics, and have basic to intermediate experience in video editing or motion graphics. This role is suited for someone who is passionate about visual storytelling and can deliver high-quality, brand-consistent designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for social media, websites, ads, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop branding elements such as logos, brochures, banners, posters, and infographics.
• Work on video editing, basic animations, reels, and motion graphics when required.
• Brainstorm and design creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and digital teams to deliver visually appealing outputs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy across all design deliverables.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (preferred for video work)
• Canva (optional but preferred)
• Understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and modern design trends.
• Ability to create original concepts and adapt designs based on feedback.
• Experience in basic video editing, reels creation, and motion graphics (preferred).

Good to Have

• Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
• Experience with print design.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
