Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and driven Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of agency experience to lead our design team and collaborate across departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, proven leadership skills, and expertise in digital and print media. Proficiency in at least three major design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is required, along with experience using AI in design workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing creative direction and feedback
• Oversee and manage all phases of the design process, from concept to final delivery
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and other cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive visual solutions
• Design original graphics, illustrations, infographics, and multimedia assets for digital campaigns and print materials
• Ensure brand consistency and high-quality standards across all projects
• Review and refine work produced by junior designers to maintain quality and alignment with project goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and AI advancements, integrating new techniques into workflows
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of graphic design experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in at least three of the following: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in design processes.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work, including campaign and branding projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in client-facing roles or presenting creative concepts.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing.
• Proactive, innovative, and adaptable to evolving creative technologies.
