Graphic Designer

Position: Graphic Designer / Print Production Specialist

Pay: $18-$20 (negotiable based on previous experience)

We are growing and looking for a talented Graphic Designer / Print Production Specialist to join our team.

We've proudly served our customers in the Grand Rapids area for many years. Below is a list of the preferred skills applicable to the position as well as a breakdown of day-to-day responsibilities.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with professional digital production systems such as Konica Minolta, Xerox, Ricoh, or Canon

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite tools including InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to approach challenges creatively and confidently
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and in-person client interactions
• Understanding of various paper types, finishes, and industry brands
• Awareness of production materials and related products
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• High level of accountability and keen attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with clients via phone and by email to facilitate print production and design orders.
• Communicate directly with our in-house print production and bindery team.
• Follow up with clients or customers regarding proofs and other project inquiries.
• Ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services.
• Educate clients about additional products, services, and ways we can help them market their business.
• Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s questions.
• Escalate queries and concerns to the business owner.
• Report on-site to our location from Monday-Friday.
