Graphic Designer

Job Description:

Yosh Marcom is on the lookout for a skilled Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in print media and a strong command of industry-standard tools like CorelDraw, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

The ideal candidate should have previously worked with reputed ad agencies or print media houses, especially those involved in newspaper and magazine advertising. A keen eye for detail, a strong sense of layout and typography, and a deep understanding of print production processes are essential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design print-ready creatives for newspaper ads, magazine layouts, brochures, flyers, hoardings, and other promotional materials.
• Understand and follow brand guidelines while developing visual communication assets.
• Coordinate with the content and marketing teams to develop compelling ad layouts that align with campaign objectives.
• Work closely with the print production team to ensure accuracy in size, bleed, color formats, and file types.
• Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand creative briefs and deliver high-quality, deadline-driven designs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design standards, and advertising styles in both print and offline media.
• Adapt and rework designs based on feedback from the creative lead or client.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic designing, preferably with a print media agency or a reputed advertising agency.
• Proficiency in design software: CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (InDesign is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing work in newspaper and magazine advertising.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and color theory in the context of print media.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with print production standards, color formats (CMYK), resolution, and bleed settings.
• Creative thinking with a strong visual sense and a problem-solving attitude.
