Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who’s passionate about conservative values and energized by the opportunity to shape culture through design. This role is about turning strategy and messaging into bold, clear, and compelling visuals that move people and mobilize communities.

You’ll work closely with writers, editors, and strategists to produce graphics that inform, inspire, and activate. We’re looking for someone who’s not just technically skilled, but who understands the power of design in political and cultural storytelling. If you’re a scrappy, proactive creative who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Design graphics for digital campaigns, social media, print materials, presentations, and branding assets.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and other team members to develop visual concepts that align with campaign goals.
• Create layouts, illustrations, and visual elements that communicate complex ideas simply and powerfully.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Prepare files for print and digital production.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Present design concepts and final deliverables to internal teams and clients.

What You Bring

• Proven professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
• Deep alignment with conservative values and Judeo-Christian principles.

Bonus Points For

• A portfolio showcasing a range of design work, especially campaign-driven or social-first content.
• Experience working in creative agencies, freelance, or advocacy environments.
• Skills in illustration, branding, or print production.
• Familiarity with political or cultural content aligned with conservative values.
• Exposure to motion design or interactive media.
• Background in fine arts, visual communication, or media design.
