Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our real estate marketing and branding activities. The role focuses on producing high-quality visual materials for property listings, marketing campaigns, corporate branding, and digital platforms, ensuring all designs align with the company’s brand identity and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design marketing materials for real estate listings, including brochures, property flyers, fact sheets, and presentations.
  • Create digital content for property portals, social media platforms, email campaigns, and company websites.
  • Develop visuals for advertising campaigns (online and offline), including banners, billboards, and signage.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all real estate marketing materials.
  • Work closely with sales agents, marketing teams, and management to translate property information into compelling visual designs.
  • Prepare and finalize artwork for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy in layout, colors, and specifications.
  • Update existing designs to reflect price changes, availability, or marketing strategy adjustments.
  • Manage multiple property and marketing projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Stay updated on real estate marketing trends and design best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within real estate, property development, or marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage fast-turnaround design requests.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing property listings and real estate advertisements.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or basic animation is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with social media and digital advertising formats.
