Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer with strong expertise in professional image editing, retouching, and e-commerce product visuals. The ideal candidate has an expert-level command of Adobe Photoshop and can consistently produce high-quality, marketplace-ready images that meet platform standards and support conversion-focused design.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally retouch, manipulate, and enhance high-quality product images with meticulous attention to detail.
• Create e-commerce product visuals such as main images, secondary images, infographics, lifestyle edits, and comparison graphics.
• Perform advanced compositing, background cleanup/removal, object removal, shadow creation, and realistic adjustments.
• Apply accurate color correction and ensure visual consistency across product image sets.
• Follow marketplace and brand requirements (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Shopify) and ensure designs are compliant and conversion-friendly.
• Manage files efficiently (layers, smart objects, naming conventions) and deliver final assets in required formats/sizes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven ability to professionally retouch, manipulate, and enhance high-quality images with strong attention to detail.
• Expert-level command of Adobe Photoshop, including advanced compositing, color correction, and efficient workflow management.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce product listing standards and best practices for high-converting visuals.
• Ability to work fast without compromising quality and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred / Plus Points

• Previous experience working with e-commerce brands and product listings is a strong plus.
• Experience creating Amazon-style infographics and marketplace-ready visual sets.
• Basic understanding of branding, typography, and layout composition.
