Graphic designer

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our team and turn strategic goals into impactful visual stories. You will be responsible for creating designs across digital and print platforms while maintaining brand consistency.Key Responsibilities

• Visual Content Creation: Design original social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and marketing materials.
• Brand Identity: Develop and evolve brand guidelines, including logos, color palettes, and typography systems.
• Collaboration: Brainstorm with marketing and product teams to translate creative briefs into final designs.
• Production: Prepare print-ready files and optimize digital assets for various platforms.
• Modern Workflow: Leverage AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney) for rapid concept ideation and asset generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Experience: 2–5 years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Soft Skills: Strong time management and the ability to receive constructive feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Motion Graphics (After Effects) or basic Video Editing.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for web layout collaboration.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs40.00 - Rs70.00 per month
