Graphic Designer (Part-Time or Full-Time — Right Fit)
Nerdwax is a glasses accessory company that ships from Nashville, Tennessee. We design, print, sew, pack, and ship products people genuinely love — and we do it all in-house.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can take ideas and turn them into strong, compelling visuals.

At the start, your primary role will be translating concepts into images — product graphics, mockups, marketing visuals, and creative assets. You’ll work directly with us in the office to take rough ideas, conversations, and sketches and turn them into polished designs.

Over time, this role can grow into deeper involvement in packaging design, product presentation, and even website visuals and layout as we expand.

This is a hands-on, creative role. We’re not looking for someone who waits for perfect direction — we’re looking for someone who can take a spark and build something real from it.

What You’ll Do:

• Take internal ideas and turn them into finished visual designs
• Create product graphics, marketing images, mockups, and digital assets
• Edit and enhance photos and imagery creatively
• Prepare print-ready files for production
• Support packaging and product presentation updates
• Collaborate in-office with leadership and production teams
• Grow into helping shape packaging systems and website visuals

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong portfolio that shows creative thinking and clean execution
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Comfortable editing, manipulating, and building original images
• Understanding of print layout and file setup
• Strong eye for typography, layout, and brand cohesion
• Self-starter who can take direction and run with it
• Bonus: Experience with packaging design or website visuals

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
