We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer
to join our marketing and brand team. The ideal candidate will produce compelling visual designs across digital and print channels, collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute brand-aligned creative, and contribute to the development of design systems and processes. This role requires strong visual design skills, proficiency with industry-standard tools, and the ability to balance creativity with project timelines and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities for Graphic Designer - Creative Execution & Brand Support

Create visually engaging design assets for marketing campaigns, social media, website, email, presentations, print collateral, and other channels while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Develop and iterate concepts, mockups, and final artwork based on creative briefs and stakeholder feedback; present design rationale and recommendations to marketing and product teams.

Collaborate with content, product, and growth teams to translate business goals into effective visual communications that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Support the maintenance and evolution of the company’s visual identity and design system, including creation of templates, icons, typography, color palettes, and usage guidelines.

Prepare print-ready files and work with external vendors for production, ensuring quality control and on-time delivery of materials.

Optimize and export assets for web and mobile, following best practices for file formats, accessibility, and responsive design.

Manage multiple design projects and priorities, track progress against deadlines, and proactively communicate status and risks to project stakeholders.

Contribute to process improvements and design workflows; document handoff standards and asset organization to support team efficiency and reusability.

Stay current on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies; recommend new approaches and creative techniques to enhance visual impact and production efficiency.
Required Qualifications - Graphic Designer Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an in-house marketing team, agency, or startup environment.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital and print design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with prototyping or interface tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) for digital work.

Understanding of web and mobile design constraints, responsive layouts, and asset optimization best practices.

Excellent visual sensibility, attention to detail, and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to present design decisions and incorporate feedback from non-design stakeholders.

Organized approach to file management, version control, and documentation of design specifications for handoff to developers and vendors.
Preferred Qualifications - Tools & Additional Experience

Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere) is a plus.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS and design implementation considerations for front-end development preferred.

Experience building or contributing to design systems and component libraries in Figma or similar tools.

Prior work in a SaaS, consumer brand, or B2B marketing environment is desirable.
