Graphic Designer

Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly creative and culturally aware Graphic Designer to support the visual communication needs of Caravane Earth and Heenat Salma Farm. This role plays a key part in shaping and maintaining our visual identity across print, digital, environmental, and experiential platforms.

The ideal candidate brings a strong artistic sensibility, attention to detail, and a deep appreciation for culture, sustainability, craftsmanship, and nature-inspired design. Experience working with museums, galleries, cultural institutions, or exhibition-based projects is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visual communication materials for print and digital platforms
• Support art direction for campaigns, events, exhibitions, and experiences
• Maintain and strengthen brand identity and visual consistency across all outputs
• Design packaging for farm products and artisanal goods
• Create illustrations, hand-sketched elements, and tactile design components
• Provide design support for cultural programs, workshops, exhibitions, and events
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, artists, curators, and external partners
• Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with printers and vendors

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Master’s degree is an added advantage

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
• Background in museums, art galleries, cultural institutions, design schools, exhibitions, or film-related graphics preferred
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, artistic depth, and brand work

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
• Experience with print, packaging, and production-ready design
