Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and maintaining strong visual brand identities across all marketing touch points. This role focuses on branding, visual consistency, and creative execution, ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and enhance brand recognition across digital and print platforms.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and apply brand identities, guidelines, and visual systems.
• Ensure consistency across all brand materials and channels.
• Support brand rollouts, rebranding, and sub-brand development.
• Design marketing and communication materials including:
• Social media creatives
• Campaign visuals
• Website banners and landing pages
• Print materials (menus, brochures, flyers, signage)
• Presentations and pitch decks
• Adapt brand assets across multiple formats and platforms.
• Work closely with marketing, content, social media, and operations teams.
• Translate briefs into creative concepts aligned with brand objectives.
• Support campaign ideation and creative direction.
• Prepare final artwork files for digital and print production.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors when required.
• Review and refine designs based on feedback while maintaining brand integrity.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in graphic design with a strong branding background.
• Proven experience in brand identity development and brand guideline implementation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience designing for both digital and print platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding projects.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, retail, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Graphic Designing: 3 years (Required)
• Branding: 3 years (Required)
• Graphic Designing in the UAE: 1 year (Required)
• Hospitality / Tourism: 2 years (Preferred)
