The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating design and layout of marketing related materials, acting as project manager on assigned projects and preparing artwork files for print production. This position works under moderate supervision and requires strong production skills, excellent organization skills, and the ability to work independently.

Uses graphics and office software to create marketing collateral and advertisements in support of sales and marketing, and participates as a member of the creative team in the development of concepts and collateral material and to support the marketing strategy

Develop artwork directly or through third party resources for all product and promotional materials, including catalogs, brochures, flyers, and brand campaign assets

Collaborate with Product Management, Market Management, Corporate Teams, and other internal partners to coordinate and complete projects

Develops professional relationships with vendors for purchase of printing, services and supplies, and completes those tasks

Works with team in keeping file management up to date: archiving projects, photo files, engineering artworks and instruction sheets

Stay current on software, hardware, UI/UX trends, digital best practices, and design trends

Additional duties as assigned* Work closely with online center intranet site and use templates to develop marketing collateral

Extensive hands‑on production experience, particularly in Power Point, catalog production design, flyers, product literature, marketing collateral, and high‑volume brand asset creation

Proven ability to design brand campaign materials across print and digital platforms, ensuring message consistency and strong visual execution

Experience designing for digital platforms, including web assets, social media graphics, display ads, and email marketing

Understanding of UI/UX principles with the ability to collaborate effectively with digital teams

Strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, XD) and familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Ability to maintain and reinforce brand awareness and ensure all materials follow brand standards

Excellent organizational skills, including asset organization, naming conventions, version control, and production‑ready handoffs

A self‑sufficient, proactive individual capable of managing projects independently, with moderate direction

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency across multiple concurrent projects

Proficient on both Mac and PC platforms
