The Attorneys For Freedom Law Firm, located in Chandler, Arizona, has an immediate opening for a full-time in office Graphic Designer to support our growing marketing team.

Role Overview

This is not a traditional design role. We are looking for a marketing-focused designer who understands how creative drives performance.

You will partner closely with marketing leadership to develop high-performing creative across paid media, website, email, social, and brand initiatives. This role requires someone who can move quickly, think strategically, and execute at a high level in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Design high-converting creative for paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, YouTube, and display networks
• Create landing pages and visual assets optimized for conversion
• Develop email and SMS creative to support lifecycle marketing campaigns
• Support website design updates and ongoing optimization
• Create social media graphics and promotional content
• Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and video teams to execute campaigns end-to-end
• Deliver high-quality creative with speed and attention to detail
• Organize and manage design files and assets efficiently
• Stay current on design trends and marketing best practices
• Proactively contribute ideas to improve creative performance and campaign results

Qualifications

• 2+ years of graphic design experience (marketing or agency experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both brand and performance-driven creative
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience designing for digital marketing channels (ads, landing pages, email)
• Understanding of conversion-focused design principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• High integrity, accountability, and professionalism

Preferred

• Experience with Figma or other UI/UX tools
• Experience working within marketing or growth teams
• Basic understanding of video editing or motion graphics
• Experience supporting paid media campaigns
• Familiarity with Netlify and GitHub

Additional Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
