<Overview>
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative team! In this role, you will bring visual concepts to life across a variety of digital and print platforms, helping to shape and elevate our brand identity. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to craft compelling visuals that resonate with our audience and support our strategic goals. Your expertise in digital art, branding, and visual storytelling will be essential in creating engaging designs that stand out in a competitive landscape. <Duties>
- Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, product designs, marketing campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials using tools like Corel Draw and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Design Faith and Family inspired designs for apparel, headwear, drinkware, stickers, and other novelty items that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Produce high-quality digital art, illustrations, and photo manipulations to support various product layouts and campaigns.
- Collaborate with other designers, the Marketing Manager, and production managers on product designs, marketing and promotional materials.
- Manage color schemes, typography, and layout design to ensure visual consistency across all media.
- Conduct product photo shoots or select appropriate photography assets; perform image editing and color management for optimal presentation.
- Stay updated on current design trends, software updates, and best practices to continually refine your craft and improve product design and offerings.
<Qualifications>
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital art, and print advertising work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Corel Draw.
- Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and typesetting principles.
- Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is highly desirable.
- Ability to produce engaging visual content for diverse channels including social media, websites, email campaigns, and print materials.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in print equipment is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
